As of today, MANU's market cap at 10$/shr is $265M. I hardly think MMTM has enough leverage to buy out MANU. PSFT seed money was 250M, MMTM float is too small to do a stock swap. MANU would need to drop to 6-7$ per share to make this a good investment.

MMTM might take a stake in MANU however. I wouldn't rule that out. But it is too early to tell. I'm trying to dig up some other opinions on this.
