Well, I respectfully disagree with you on one major point, we are not in control, not by a longshot. It is their game, their park, they make the rules, they enforce the rules as they want, and they also control the liquidity, via FED agreements. We just get to play. Every one of us signs an arbitration form when we open an account. Has anyone here ever gone through arbitration? It's like a rectal exam, all crap. Has anyone here ever beat a mm out of a dime? It can't be done.
III's do control a great amount of capital now, no arguing that. So, we control a huge chunk money flow.
We now have a tug between Greenspan and Rubin in regards to the SS question. |
