Dave, they appear to have explained the $0.10 with there discussion of training, etc. Does the explanation sound reasonable to you? As for the rumor, it is scary. But, I find it hard to believe. Is the potentially non-compliant software from CommSoft or was it BILLs. If it is CommSoft's, why would BILL by CommSoft. BILL has smart managers. Also, aren't they required to make a statement about Y2K compliance with the SEC?
