While I had been told through the grapevine that DBSS would be making an announcement from meetings last week, I now have learned by calling the Company, that DBSS will not be making any announcement regarding their on going discussions with ALA until a contract is agreed upon by the parties. The meeting last week was with an advisory board, not their board of directors, and represented continued discussions towards a contract completion which is expected by 3/15/99. The indication was that talks are going well and that no news was potentially good news. I called this morning. Just passing on an update, while disappointed that their was not immediate news, talks are on going which is a good thing! (-8 Dennis 8-)
