They raised $1MM on a rights offering in this (until recently)horrendous jrs market. Certain shareholders/believers who had done their due diligence on this property must have figured it was a good one, and hence had over-subscribed on the offering to pick up the rights of those shareholders who just let them expire. Unfortunately, I fall in that later category :-(
