AR, Not fair. Mary has always loved Dell, not just recently. I am kind of surprised the spread didn't work any better. I had a similar move in my Lucents and an earlier Dell spread, in fact, in the earlier Dell Spread, the stock moved up even less, and did much better. And I've made really large income type numbers on my Sang Stat, Keane and Incyte spread conversions. This one just didn't see any premium compression at all, and I wasn't willing to hang out for more. MB
