The merger information is in the December 1998 S-4. 5.05 million shares of IDX stock is the cost of the acquisition, and probably the best way to value that if you want it in dollar terms is as of the date the merger was agreed to -- about $40 million. In shareholder terms, though, the price is precisely 5,050,000 shares.

I think IDX has gotten value for this deal. Our share price has gone up since it was announced. Most times, an acquiring company sees its stock price drop a little.
