Boy, the MO is the same and everything! ...he was confident that a press release would be issued as soon as the deal was finalized...but he ended with this statement "an acquisition is imminent"... Oh yeah, is the the auto deal or the pretzel master franchise..hehehe! If his stock is in escrow, one should ask who the custodian is, so that they can then call for confirmation.
