janice dear you are absolutely painful to watch. though it brings me much pleasure to watch your demise & it being even more pleasurable to see you bringing it upon yourself, nevertheless i can only say "ouch" as i read your dribble.
the DEFAULT was entered & now the judge will sign for it to be enforced. this should be w/i days. the defendants were in default as of 18 dec. dear, the summons was issued on 17 november dear & was served to each defendant in accordance w/ federal rules of civil procedure. therefore on request of the plaintiffs the DEFAULT was entered 13 jan. & filed 14 jan.. if you haven't heard dear andy mann ran. he has no lawyer, nor does whitecliff or shoreline. this was not a motion , the default was entered 13 jan..
as for dtc, when judge signs to enforce this default entered 13 jan., federal marshalls will seize the 4 million shares from dtc. it appears we may see jeffrey after all. since negotiations between dtc & aznt have gone poorly because of dtc's insistence on aznt stating 1.2 million shares (the amount short against the 4 million) are "free trading". aznt will not & may use the 29th to lift the freeze through the court, unless dtc comes to there senses by the 29th & lifts the freeze w/o there demand for the 1.2 million being free trading shares.
as for the defamation & libel suit it is very real. i believe you will be served w/i the next 2 weeks. if i were you dear i would retain a good lawyer, take this very seriously & do the diligence required to discern the truth about the default & its ramifications.
