Difficult questions. That's why I didn't answer. I am not the oracle of delphi. I am not a staunch supporter of the catholic church either. I also oppose state welfare in principle although it alleviates suffering. Obviously private charity has never been adequate for the needs of the masses. So the state must step in. They pick my pocket to do it. There are less pockets to pick in the poorer countries. What country do you live in? Mexico? It has to be South America somewhere.
