You made the point I had in mind on a takeover. If other players have overpriced stocks it becomes win-win to offer stock to buy MWY. MWY shareholders get a nice premium and the acquiring company looks good because the deal is accretive by using high priced stock --- like it would be good for AMZN to buy anyone. As for there being better short term opportunities. Maybe. Most companies that I see offering similar value also have blemishes. The companies without blemishes aren't even in the same ball park as far as 2 year potential goes.
