Gary,

How long do you wait for ELCO to be discovered? Don't know how long you have followed this stock but it was once at $16 briefly and spent some time in the $8-12 range. It started to slide two years or so ago and didn't stop until recently. Along the way there have been other attempts by management to prop the stock up by announcing that they had retained either Bear Stearns or Smith Barney (I can't remember which) to evaluate options to unlock the potential of the stock including selling the company. Obviously, it didn't work. Going way back the plan had been to "spin-off" the software part of the company from the distribution/service part but spin-offs don't happen from stocks under $10 so that never happened hence the investment banker option.

What is different now? If these last two announcements haven't moved the stock, what will?

BTW I sold my position yesterday at 2 1/8 which I had purchased at 2 after the most recent announcement. Got nervous yesterday but could be back.

Regards,

Bill
