Of those women I know who got abortions most had a similar situation. They were entering their late 20's and early thirties, had dead end jobs, and desperately wanted to get married. They could not get too far in a relationship without having sex. They got pregnant, the relationship was falling apart, and they did not have the resources to raise a child.

I suppose they could have got the Rev. Moon to pick them a husband. The truth is, they really wanted a family life but were not in a situation to make it happen.
