The Agreement includes a commitment by the parties to jointly market in national media and advertising to further the mission of ''Caring for Kids'' sharing the NFL Alumni and VTC brand recognition and identities. As part of this Agreement, VTC and the NFL Alumni will get the rights to use each other's logo and identity in their advertising and media campaigns. The NFL Alumni will become a featured element of VTC's marketing.
The five-year Agreement with VTC encompasses many segments of the NFL Alumni Super Bowl weekend -- a weekend of fund raising special events featuring NFL Legends. VTC is the title sponsor of the NFL Alumni memorabilia auction event to be held Friday Evening January 29, 1999 and will be the title sponsor for the VIRTUAL-WORLD.com NFL Alumni Super Bowl of Golf Showcase. The Showcase brings together winners of 28 NFL Alumni tournaments and many celebrities who over the last decade have donated millions of dollars to hundreds of children's charities.
