Let's face it Zucco is a proactive kind of guy. He's just trying to be successful in his new home INTEL.
BTW there are several class action suits joined together in the Ma filing. I haven't received any notice of status of the suit. I am the lead plaintiff on the Philadelphia suit which is the major law firm on the case. Everyone should hold their shares. Sold shares will likely be voted yes by arbitragers.
