no dear, entered as in "ENTERED".... you better ask professor of law jeffy boy mitchell what a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT is dear, if he can contact his conneticut lawyer friend again. until then i will help you genius, andy mann has NO LAWYER, the summons of 17 nov was served upon him, as well as whitecliff & shoreline, who FAILED TO PLEAD OR DEFEND. all this was provided by the federal rules of civil procedure. because these defendants have no legal representation & failed to respond, plead or defend, a DEFAULT was entered 13 january. now we wait for SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, which, if no materials issues are in dispute WHATEVER PLAINTIFF REQUESTED & IS SUPPORTED BY THE LAW will be signed by the judge & federal marshalls will seize assets. in this case the defendants have no legal representation & have not disputed any issue. YOU FIGURE IT OUT GENIUS. now go concentrate on defending yourself in your defamation & libel suit, not digging yourself in deeper. spider
