Computer Horizon Corp. (CHRZ) 21 3/7 -5 1/2: ING Baring Furman Selz downgrades provider of information technology services and solutions from "buy" to "hold" based on concerns about Y2K transition plans in the second half of 1999; lowers Y2K estimate from $150 mln to $110 mln and FY99 EPS estimate from $1.81 to $1.64 a share.....
