Hello Tomstocks.... It was a 1 for 100 and price was .05 x.07 Mr Tilton had to get the price to $5 so he could exercise the debenture to gain the brewery mentioned in press release today. Mr Tilton has informed me a group may be shorting CHIFD. However there was more trading today than there has been in quite awhile. Mr Tilton is working hard, seeking other brewery acquisitions that will generate more income for CHIF.
