Technical Analysis opinion by Gary B. Smith of TheStreet.Com looks good. Check out the following URL to Smith's opinion. The part about PCMS is near the bottom of the article. thestreet.com After you find PCMS in the article, click on the hyperlink entitled, "Click here for a PCMS Chart." Smith's chart of PCMS is a few days old, but basically Smith thinks PCMS is headed higher.
