Khalil, Most of those plans that i've seen put the money in the people's hand's to invest...similar to a 401k or IRA, not give financial investing power to a government (political) agency. This would be moving in the direction of nationalization of private enterprise. Many countries who have such ownership now are moving away from it. And for good reason. joe
