PTVL reports a bad quarter which was expected if you read the Robertson Stephens notes came out about within the last few days. They were expecting an iffy quarter due to transition into the improved web page which Robertson Stephens said in its note that this transition will likely to help them in the coming quarters.

But PTVL's numbers are worse than expected at 92 cents loss. If you follow PTVL closely, you shall note the 61 cents they reported is without one time write off charge. However, PTVL did speak with the analysts last quarter and said they expected to incur substantial charges this quarter. The analysts increased their estimate from a loss of 47 cents to 62 cents then to 66 cents based on that information. Go to FIRST CALL or ZACKS and you shall see. Also go back to PTVL last quarterly report and see comments made by CEO on this substantial charge.

Again, what's important is going forward. I suggest you guys read up on the Robertson Stephens notes as posted on YHOO message by someone.
