"If no material issues are in dispute"?? Wooooooo. There are PLENTY of material issues in dispute, you moron. What you're referring to is a simple case of default. This case is not simple. Not, for example, as simple as would be, speaking only hypothetically, of course, an action on the part of a PR person one whom two checks had been bounced. Checks drawn on an account that had been closed months before.

Now THAT's open and shut.

Get a lawyer, Spidey. And try to get a brain. Though I'm afraid it's far too late. Endgame, as I said.
