Estimate was $.31 but the whisper number was $.33. Probably not good for tommorrow's action. With regard to the action, it sounds like a pre-arranged deal with Mindport. They buy the company and Cube had already arranged to buy certain assets from them after the acquisition. It sucks that it took six cents of convertible gains to hit the earnings estimate.
