janice dear i will tell you for last time before i cease to post. motion for dtc was to extend injunction & restraining order so freeze can be lifted & stock returned to court. you will recall jboxford could not return the stock because dtc would not lift freeze. now that andy mann is in default, as is shorline & whitecliff, first concorde will be dropped from the case & if dtc voluntarily lifts freeze & returns the stock to the court they will be dropped to. dtc states that if they lift the freeze wholesalers will suffer hardship with the impending short squeeze. to date they inform aznt they will only lift freeze if aznt agrees the 1.2 million of the 4 million is free trading stock, because short is 1.2 million. aznt will not agree to this & unless they lift freeze it appears they will indeed be named to the case & defend why freeze is not lifted 1/29. if freeze is lifted they will be dropped. default was entered 13 jan & filed 14 jan & signed by deputy clerk, not judge, the judge will sign the pending summary judgement w/i next few days & since defendants in default have no legal representation & have disputed no material issues it appears the judge will give plaintiff aznt what is want, the 4.48 million shares & federal marshals will seize these assets. this is where we stand. you can argue this but it is unimportant at this point. penny stock bashers & shorts can hope dtc asks for continuance if they do not lift freeze by 1/29 & drag that issue out but aznt will seek immediate injunctive relief if that is the case i believe. never the less i will now keep my promise to refrain from engaging these bashers & allow events to unfold. spider andy mann is in
