Disagree. Reagan is a giant compared to Clinton and will appear so in the history books. Admiral Pointdexter exonerated Reagan on Iran/Contra and that "scandal" did not tarnish the Presidency as an institution as Clinton's has. Reagan also cooperated with the investigation and there was no vilification of the IC by the Reagan WH as we have seen with the Clinton WH. Clinton just doesn't compare favorably in any respect. JLA
