You're right. I don't have that pesky uptick problem and I believe I can short nakedly. I can short those OTC BB stocks providing they meet my brokerage margin requirements (> $5). I pay higher commish though ($29 per transaction or 2%, whichever is greater). I was thinking about going with datek, but, keep hearing people say they've no shares available. I'll stick with my brokerage, because it seems I can short anything, no problem.
