It is real...truthfull and take alook at the anticapation at MGAU:BB over the the MG Natural Resources Thread....dam...that got me going to the Dam Bar and Steakhouse and eating in the Andy Devine Room on Rt 66. Cinders and ash have to be prooven....Attorney John Lacy has discribed the defination of Discovery properly in an AZ Bullitin last year/97? and how it applies to BLM law. Anyone who DID NOT PROTECT his or her claims with the complexities og that law is a fool...or misinformed...and just may loose all their BLM CLAIMS. JMHO...rules are made to be interrupted by lawyers...good laywers who are backed up by good reasearch associates such as even out of area real estate guys whom just might know how to deal with the regulations.
