The J-plot is used for pyropes. Eclogites do plot next to the zero chrome line. Other minerals recovered and analyzed include: clinopyroxene orthopyroxene olivine p and e garnets spinel ilmenite corundum plus other hard and heavies including gold All are evaluated for kimberlite affinities, and diamond stability. Samples are run in duplicate, with some spikes added for QC work. Nothing is really omitted. Dave
