No more GO MKII!!!! under your posts? Sorry, I couldn't resist. Paul Smith told me a month ago that he didn't know what he was doing with all the rules in a publicly traded company and that the Ponderosa deal was off. Everyone was hyping MKII without any real info and share info from October. I'll still like to hear the explanation for this uncalled for reverse. My only guess is dilution. Paul Smith couldn't have been that stupid to think a reverse could get him on NASDAQ.
