Exciting news coming from Belize soon. Stay tuned. I can tell you - The models are completed and homes are currently being sold. The company is getting a double wammy. Affordable Housing Group is making money from selling the actual home. Realty Money Center is making money by financing the home. There were several homes sold last week. I had a very enlightening conversation with Merv Rosenfeld today.
