Chris,

Steve Kay recently was added to the Board for Arizona Star and replaced Ms. Julia Aspillaga. Clive asked Steve to join for his expertise in reviewing analyticl techniques employed by AZ Star (BEMA) at their Cerro Casale deposit (which in our minds will be a major major mine). When Steve left Amselco in the mid 80's, he started a company in Reno, NV called GD Resources. In addition to providing sample analyses at a competitive rate to the major mining companies, he also developed a small refining business to process scrap material from almost all the active gold mines in Nevada. I do not know of a person more skilled at the actual processes required to handle and extract gold efficiently than Steve. For this reason, Clive thought he would be able to help review their future treatment of the copper/gold ore at Cerro Casale. This really will not take much time away from Steve's activities with Aranlee, and is a nice compliment for his expertise.

Hope this helps.
