I would say that my husband is more jealous than average, but he is above average in so many ways, why shouldn't he be so in his faults too. That is my thinking, anyhow. And I am very friendly. I do really well at fundraising for charity because I can talk to anyone, about anything, but some people mistake friendliness for interest I could give you at least 10 examples, right off the top of my head. Part of it has to do with the fact that I never ignore people. A janitor at CSUF was convinced we were meant to be together because I said hello to him every morning. Apparently very few other people spoke to him. A friend of my husbands called me while my husband was away at field camp because he thought we were hot for each other based on the fact that I'd spent time listening to his relationship problems. An old man followed me home from the supermarket because I'd listened politely in the vegetable section of the grocery store (with my infant daughter) to his anecdotes about our town. Now part of this is my inabillity to think the worst of anybody (i.e. they are unstable) but I don't think that is the entire problem. Unstable women don't follow me home or call me, and I'm sure I'm just as friendly with unstable women as unstable men.
