I've traded with Shamrock for about a year and was impressed with their friendliness and response to any problems I had. Before I went with them I visited their office in NY and spent the day.

At that time we were using "MAX", an execution system similar to Castle KillKey. You had to use a third party for charts and quotes.
I used AT Financial.

I'm not familiar with their new "QL" system, though I would've like to give it a try. But, I no longer trade with them. I was offered a full time job to start a new department within a company.

Shamrock had no system in place to enter trades after market hours so I transferred to a broker/dealer that could.

All I'd like to say is let's give them a chance.
