Donald, <<::Poking my nose in here::>> Your nose is welcome .... and it is a good question. It may be difficult, in light of the way things are at present, to find an entity that _can do this in a non-partisan way ..... at present the Feds sure as hell do not want to do it ... then who? It would require some sort of new body, I suppose, and a lot more public transparency. Perhaps what need to be reviewed, is the whole "Federal" Reserve System .... a system that is anything but federal. MB
