NewKidCon? Company represented Elmo&reg products were to be shipped October 1998(.) Tiny Toons&reg was originally developed in 1996 and also shipped after numerous delays November 18...Tiny Toons&reg at majors (Fred Meyer, Target, FuncoLand...) have been out of stock for 3-4 weeks with no restocking!? Elmo&reg titles missed entire Fall 1998 Holiday season...Hello Kitty&reg was to ship 26 January and now slipped to February...Elmo's&reg slipped to end of q1 1999?... source: Official Sony® PlayStation® website playstation.com What exactly are the shareholders dealing with here?!... This is simply outrageous and intolerable and raises the bar on [alleged] misrepresentation and blatant violations of SEC Rule 10b-5 reliance, causation...esecurities has calls/email in to the Company and will advise accordingly...
