John, Four trillion, huh? Who was it that said... "Four trillion here, four trillion there... pretty soon you're talking about a LOT of money"? :-) I agree with you... only a few of the proposals will ever be instituted. I never called them "his" proposals, mind you. You are right about his continued habit of usurping Republican ideas as his own, even after the Dems blocked them in the past.
