January 21, 1999 - Plans for the new public entities are moving ahead. We hope to be able to pass out the shares to all shareholders sometime in February. All the shares of the new entities will be distributed fully to the shareholders pro rata as Indocan will then be a shell company and not a holding company. In the case of a holding company, one would not distribute the whole block of stock, rather keep most of it in the parent company. Shareholders will receive a full distribution of both new companies.
As regarding the acquisition, the Company's president plans to be in California next week to meet with the other company and likely sign a Letter of Intent. This is a document that spells out the general and specific terms of the merger/acquisition pursuant to a final document, with all its attachments and addenda. The plan is to move forward with this as fast as possible.

Acquiring a 500m sales annual company, etc, and at .05 per share? Hello! Is anyone listening? SOMEONE knows IDCN is worth much, much more. Just wait until this all comes out in a PR - remember, no PRs yet and up 100%.
Naysayers, quit pouting about the buyout and drilling delays (I got over it!), all this has been explained over and over - don't miss out on a huge opportunity like this - right in front of you.
