As it will be with AMZN and YHOO. But if the insiders hold and sell at the offer to MLM buyers, the base price for the majority of shareholders will be high. Untill these new MLM shareholders either have a profit or get scared out of the stock due to a nasty pull back - they will likely hold. You need lots of sellers to make money bud. MLM's can create lots of buyers, not sellers. I hope you make bank shorting this, but for me there are lots of other lower risk/higher reward trades.
