IOM CC notes:

Good: -shortened DSO (42 days vs. 52)
-no discounts 4Q to pay down receivables
-positive cash flow $106M - payables financing inventory
-commitment from Agfa for Clik! product midyear
-good EPS number, obviously
-big disks sales (over $200M)
-new CEO 'fanatical about revenue growth and asset management'
-new Oracle system streamlined productivity
-Clik! for mobile computers released
-Zip units shipped up 47% y/y

Bad: -loss of Ted Briscoe and the other guy, Fred
-1Q99 loss, w/supply constraints
-4Q gross down 8% y/y due to OEM mix and markdowns
-mid single digit net income projected for 1999 (or good, depending on your view)

Vague: -no guidance on Clik! buildout
-no guidance on plans to 'leverage installed Syquest business'
-no guidance on restructuring
-analysts underwhelmed...?

BTW, Hi, Dale! still in ASPX?
