I don't know what your looking at, but the numbers you're looking at are probably corrections or delayed postings of trades or something but certainly not instinet type trades. Here's a list of the last 10 trades I have access to, and I don't think they represent after hour trades at all. If you notice, the last trade is over $40 and the rest are all over the place.
