An added tidbit on the INTXA (INTXL)...the warrants are convertible into convertible preferred stock. The preferred stock can then be converted into 3 shares of the common stock, or held and paid a dividend in cash or common stock. A real nice situation.

P.S. The company revenues have gone from 6 million to 103 million in the past eight months.
