I have asked all insiders without a definitive answer. This thread is full of guesses. Someone else may know for sure. Word is that they have issued many warrants/options to stay afloat. The question is:

1. Total outstanding
2. Public float
3. Warrants - executable price(s)

If anyone can pull that out of the company, they have more pull than I
