I may have made your point better than you, but I'm afraid I didn't make my own very well!
I believe I understood you clearly. I have been through warrant calls before. If someone owns alot of warrants because they return more on a rapidly appreciating stock then they will have need for more cash as the warrant time approaches. If there are enough people in the same predicament ie a large money manager he may start to move chips early before price erosion. Once it became clear that the warrants would be elligable for call and the company can put that money to use its a done deal. None of this may be relevant as the volume of stock traded on this issue suggest enough licquidity to allow those in and out. My main point is I think PR News and NBC are getting ready to expand there services on a long term basis with our friends in Florida ie an equity stake. Karnack asks who will take an equity stake in vdat?
