30 Jan 97 - Reuters says Duke invests 34.6 mil in 3 Business sites, 76% pre-leased. This isn't a particularly dynamic stock, but I like to include some companies with 'tangible goods' since I worry more and more about a correction coming; can't be all hi-tech IPOs and Computer related. Gotta diversify.
