Melissa, I didn't say that MMTM will hire sales reps, just align with different sales partners.. other than PSFT. It is well within their charter, and PSFT will benefit from all of this. Reread my post. MMTM will create more customized solutions to vertical markets. Something PSFT can't do without competing with its implementation partners. I have read the 10q issued by MMTM, and do not remember seeing anything that speaks about first right of refusal.
