James, long time no encounter. David, seriously, one thing to note is the character of at least some of the principles, another painfull leason is to distrust companies headed by lawyers with no expertise in a technical field, but experience in mergers. Not only ISSM, but INCE/NPCT stand out.

Are you sure Terry is out, or is this conjecture. Scott
