Ram, some interesting musings for you ...

- when listening to the first COG teleconference, I was struck by the tone used by M. Brisebois when asked about CGI as a competitor. I got the clear impression that he was very, very impressed with CGI and its dominant position in the market and status in the business community

- CGI's revenues are secure for the next 5-10 years due to its iron clad outsourcing contracts. A analyst recently estimated that due to penalty clauses, if every one of CGI's contracts were cancelled immediately, its revenues for the current year would still be double those of last year.

We now see Cognicase seeking and announcing outsourcing contracts.

- for years now, the CGI annual report has featured photos of employees with clients

- the CGI colours are red and white.

This year, COG has changed its annual report to red and white, from last year's blue and white

- every time CGI's stock price reaches $40 (3 times in the last 18 months, and perhaps again soon), it splits 2-for-1 to promote liquidity.

Cognicase's share price is now around $40 Canadian ....

Just an interesting thought.
