I bought a lottery ticket. I never buy lottery tickets, because I don't gamble. Unless you count my investments, and I don't, really.
I bought it Saturday. Or was it Friday? I was at the liquor store, and the clerk was explaining to the guy ahead of me that if he won, he had a choice between getting paid every year, or in a lump sum, and he should pick the lump sum because if he died before he got all the money on the payment plan, his heirs wouldn't get it. She seemed very enthusiastic. So, when I got my change, I bought a couple of lottery tickets.
Anyway, I don't guess I won. |
