Well, I wouldn't go by that. It would be a domestic charge, which is confidential, at least it used to be. I have a Maryland license, as well as a Virginia license, but I don't practice there, not usually. But it used to be that such things were not treated the same as other crimes. I did look at the on-line Washington Post, Reuter's, and the Drudge Report. Nada.

Still, the professionalism of the reporting, and the verisimilitude of the charges got my attention. I have represented both husband and wife in many similar fracases, it certainly had the ring of truth.
