The 10-Q states: "In exchange for receiving $250M from PSFT, the grant of certain technology licenses and a commitment to make specified payments on sales of certain products developed by MMTM, PSFT will receive an exclusive option to license any products and technology developed by MMTM and the right, subject to certain conditions, to purchase all the outstanding Class A common stock of MMTM."

Here's something else...

"If PSFT does not choose to license a product developed under the development agreement,MMTM will have to develop other ways of commercially exploiting that product as MMTM currently has no marketing capabilities. If MMTM decides to market a product itself or through a third party, PSFT may not approve MMTM's use of available funds for marketing the product. MMTM may not have sufficient resources to fund any such marketing effort."
